A two-year-old lambic with a four month quince and sauge maceration. Good tart beer, light body with a note of ripe yellow fruits and a herbal finish.

A two-year-old spontaneous fermented oud bruin macerated for two months with blackthorn.
Ingredients: Pale ale malt, barley malt, rye malt, chocolate malt, sour malt, biscuit malt, blackthorn, aged hops, sugar

Wild blond – Lambic / 75cl / Alc.5%
A two year old saison blended with ten percent of a two year old lambic, resulting in a tangy and refreshing blond beer.
The ideal drink for a spring apéro!

We macerated pinot noir & müller-thurgau from our vineyard with a two-year-old lambic. At the end, we have added some bay leaves to complete the taste of this winny herbal beer.

A simple spontaneous fermented blond beer left two years in a burgundy barrel. A xiney, fruity and fresh beer with a fined oxidized finish.
